Is YOOV AI free to use?
YOOV AI is free to use upon registration, with no need to bind a credit card. We offer 14 days of usage for free users. For extended usage, you can purchase the Business or Enterprise package.
How is vector space calculated?
Vector space is the long-term memory storage required by LLM to understand data. It is not based on the original size of documents uploaded to the knowledge base, but calculated based on the pure text content in the files. For example, a 5MB PDF file may occupy around 3MB of vector space after segmented vectorization processing in the knowledge base. You can check the usage of vector space under Team Management - General Settings - Package Information.
What are message requests?
After the application is launched, all messages from the application, whether via web dialogue or API, are included (excluding LMM resource usage).
